  • Establish clear performance expectations and communicate them to remote employees.
  • Provide remote employees with the necessary resources, tools, and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain regular check-ins and facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor and assess remote employees' performance and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Ensure remote employees are included in relevant meetings and activities to foster engagement and teamwork.

Work Schedule and Availability

Remote employees must adhere to their agreed-upon work schedule and be accessible during working hours. Any changes to the schedule should be communicated in advance to their supervisor and team members. Employees should promptly respond to emails, messages, and requests for collaboration to maintain effective communication and workflow.

Equipment and Technology
